The Settings Announces Shared Amenities Program
New Initiative Gives Property Owners Access to All Four Settings Communities
One of the premier community developers in the Southeast, The Settings Development Companies, LLC, announced the specific details of a shared amenity program that will include all four existing Settings communities, as well as future communities.
Communities currently offering homesites are The Settings of Black Mountain, located in the historic town of Black Mountain about 15 minutes east of downtown Asheville, NC; The Settings of Lake Rhodhiss, located between Asheville and Charlotte, near Hickory in the town of Valdese, NC; The Settings of Mackay Point, mid-way between Savannah and Charleston, located about 20 minutes from Beaufort, SC; and The Settings of West Point Lake, located about one hour from Atlanta near LaGrange, GA.
The shared amenity program allows property owners from one Settings community to visit and enjoy the amenities at any of the other three communities. As The Settings continues to expand, property owners’ options will expand as well, as they will be able enjoy the benefits of new communities as well.
According to Marc H. Wilson, Executive Vice President of The Settings, the company developed the shared amenity program so property owners could “have it all.”
